     On page 3, beginning on line 4, strike all of section 2.

     Correct the title.

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that nothing in this section shall limit or affect Growth Management Act critical areas ordinances, and removes the requirement that the act not be effective until the adopted guidelines for local government shoreline master programs become effective.
