     On page 3, after line 17, insert the following:

A(6) If the court grants visitation between the petitioner and the child pursuant to this section, the party objecting to visitation shall not be responsible for any expenses involved with implementing the visitation, such as transportation costs, unless agreed upon by the parties.@

     On page 3, line 18, strike A(6)@ and insert A(7)@

EFFECT: Provides that the person objecting to visitation will not be responsible for expenses involved with implementing visitation unless the parties agree.
