    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Strikes provisions allowing county to revise plan developed by the regional transportation planning organization after the RTPO has approved the plan.  Strikes provisions that allow cities to disapprove a regional transportation investment plan and prevent it from being placed before voters.
