     On page 11, line 3, after "section" strike everything through "act" on line 4

     On page 17, beginning on line 1, strike all of subsection (4)

     Renumber the remaining subsections and correct internal references.

EFFECT: Removes the authority for the use of, sharing of, or testimony about, evidence of a non-terrorism crime obtained by an interception, pen register, or trap and trace that was done as part of an investigation of a terrorism crime.
