    "(c) Three consumers, one each chosen from a list of nominees provided by a statewide organization representing senior citizens, a statewide organization representing individuals with a mental illness, and a statewide organization representing people with disabilities;"

    Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Includes three consumers on the pharmacy and therapeutics committee.
