A(8) $22,000,000 of the motor vehicle account--state appropriation is provided solely for design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction for adding two lanes to state route 7 from two hundred twenty-fourth street to two hundred and sixtieth street.@

EFFECT: Provides $22,000,000 to add two lanes to state route 7 from two hundred and twenty-fourth street to two hundred and sixtieth street.
