     On page 21, after line 14, insert the following:

A(7)The department of transportation, with approval of the transportation commission, shall expend up to $3,000,000 of the motor vehicle account--state appropriation on the incident response program.  Spending on other projects within the preservation program shall be adjusted to accommodate these expenditures.@

EFFECT: Direct the department of transportation to expend up to $3,000,000 of the appropriation to the preservation program on the incident response program.  Expenditures on other preservation projects must be adjusted to accommodate the expenditure.
