A(8) $140,000 of the motor vehicle account--state appropriation is provided solely for beginning construction on the new state route 167 north sumner interchange.@

EFFECT: Provides $140,000 of the motor vehicle account state appropriation to program I to begin construction on the north Sumner interchange.
