     On page 22, after line 13, insert the following:

     "(c) If Substitute House Bill 2697 (adding economic development in growth management planning) is enacted and fully funded, the office of community development=s growth management program shall coordinate with the office of trade and economic development=s economic development program to provide economic development planning assistance to local governments."

EFFECT: Requires the Office of Community Development=s Growth Management program to coordinate with the Office of Trade & Economic Development=s Economic Development program to provide technical assistance to local governments to assist in implementing the requirements of SHB 2697 (adding economic development in growth management planning) if full funding is included in the budget.
