HB 2469 - H AMD TO H AMD (H4401.1)

     On page 2, line 9 of the amendment, strike "and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs" and insert the following:

     "Civil damages are limited to actual damages and may not exceed an amount equal to the employee's annual wage rate."

EFFECT:  Limits civil damages to actual damages.  Caps civil damages at an amount equal to the employee's annual wage rate.
