     On page 3, on line 3 beginning with AThe@ strike all material through line 8 and insert AIt is the expectation of the legislature that local school districts shall collaborate with each children=s system of care demonstration site established under section 1 of this act.@

EFFECT: Eliminates the role of the safety net oversight committee and states the expectation that local school districts will collaborate with each demonstration site.
