     On page 7, after line 24, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3.  The provisions of this act do not become effective until the adopted guidelines for local government shoreline master programs become effective."

     Correct the title.

EFFECT: Delays implementation of the act until the updated Shoreline Master Program Guidelines adopted by the Department of Ecology become effective.
