     On page 2, after line 37, insert the following:

     "Consolidated purchasing activities under this act shall not include the implementation of a preferred drug list or a drug formulary."

EFFECT: Prohibits the implementation of a preferred drug list or formulary as part of consolidated purchasing activities.
