     On page 1, line 17 of the amendment, after "that" strike all material through "subsection" on line 25 and insert "includes requirements for deductions of payments other than payments to enforce a collective bargaining agreement's union security provision"

EFFECT:  Deletes authority for the state to enforce a union security provision in a collective bargaining agreement through deduction of union dues from payments to individual providers.
