SHB 2676 - H AMD to H AMD (2676-S AMH HATF MACC 25)

     On page 3, after line 21 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(5) No county may be required to review or revise its comprehensive plan and development regulations under subsections (1) and (4) of this section unless the unemployment rate for the county is lower than six percent as determined by the Washington state employment security department."

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires the county unemployment rate to be lower than 6% for a county or its cities  to be subject to the comprehensive plan review requirements.
