SHB 2676 - H AMD to H AMD (2676-S AMH HATF MACC 25)

     On page 3, after line 21 of the amendment, insert the following:

"(5) No county may be required to review or revise its comprehensive plan and development regulations under subsections (1) and (4) of this section unless the median household income of the county is at least forty-five percent of the median household income for Washington state as determined by the office of financial management."

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Requires that the county median income must be at least 45% of median household income for the state for a county or its cities to be subject to the comprehensive plan review requirements.
