     On page 25, line 9 of the amendment, after "(1) Section" strike "3" and insert "2"

EFFECT:  Corrects a drafting error by making Section 2 take effect immediately.  (Section 2 makes individuals receiving federal Trade Act allowances ineligible for training benefits, so that federal funds are used before state funds.)
