     On page page 12 line 9 after ARCW 46.68.110" insert:

Abut only if the local government does not impose transportation impact fees under chapter 82.02, 36.70A, or 43.21C RCW.  If the local government imposes transportation impact fees under any of those chapters, the distribution under this subsection (3)(c) will be directed to the motor vehicle fund@

     On page 12 line 11 after ARCW 46.68.120" insert:

Abut only if the local government does not impose transportation impact fees under chapter 82.02, 36.70A, or 43.21C RCW.  If the local government imposes transportation impact fees under any of those chapters, the distribution under this subsection (3)(d) will be directed to the motor vehicle fund@

EFFECT: Revenues from fuel taxes are distributed to cities, towns, and counties from the motor vehicle fund only if they do not impose transportation impact fees under specific code sections.
