     On page 7, line 23, strike "may" and insert "shall"

     On page 7, beginning on line 24, after "levy" strike all material through "identified" on line 25.

EFFECT: Requires that a housing allowance levy be submitted to voters as a separate levy.  The underlying bill allows a housing allowance levy to be submitted as a separate levy or as part of a maintenance and operation levy (although outside the levy lid).
