     On page 1, line 24 of the amendment, after "injury" insert ":

(a) Except as provided for in subsection (b) of this section"

     On page 1, line 28 of the amendment, after "community." insert

     "(b) To the extent that treatment received is of a type covered by the state basic health care plan, the allowable charge for that treatment under the plan is presumed to be the usual and customary value of that treatment.

(c)"

EFFECT: Makes the allowable charges for treatment under the state basic health care plan the presumed usual and customary charges if the treatment is of a kind covered by the plan.
