    On page 2, line 14, after "class" strike "B" and insert "C"

EFFECT:  Reduces the penalty for cheating in the first degree from a class B felony to a class C felony.  The maximum penalty for a class B felony is confinement in a prison for ten years, a fine of $20,000, or both.  The maximum penalty for a class C felony is confinement in a prison for five years, a fine of $10,000, or both.
