     Re-letter the remaining subsections consecutively.

     On page 1, line 14, after "flag" strike "will" and insert "may"

EFFECT: Removes language requiring public entities to display the POW/MIA flag, and replaces it with permissive language allowing the entities to display the flag.  Adds the Former Prisoner of War Recognition Day on April 9 to the list of days to display the flag.
