    Beginning on page 2, line 36, after "purchaser" strike everything through "price" on page 3, line 1

    On page 3, line 2, after "home" strike "five years" and insert "one year"

    On page 3, line 6, after "than" strike "one" and insert "five"

EFFECT:  Changes the fee imposed on the transfer of title of a mobile home from 1% of the sale price to $100.  Lowers the threshold for mobile homes subject to the fee from mobile homes that are five years old or more to mobile homes that are one year old or more.  Raises the threshold for mobile homes subject to the fee from mobile homes with a sale price of $1000 or more to mobile homes with a sale price of $5000 or more.
