     On page 3, line 1, strike "RCW 7.06.050 and 7.06.060 apply" and insert "This act applies"

EFFECT: Clarifies that the changes made in the bill apply to requests for trials de novo made on or after the bill takes effect, but that current law continues to apply to requests filed before then.
