     On page 2, after line 17, insert the following:

     "(e) For any project that is sponsored in whole or in part by a federally recognized Indian tribe that was party to United States of America, et al. v. State of Washington, et al., NO. C70-9213  (United States District Court, Western District of Washington at Seattle, 2001)."

EFFECT:  Makes a project sponsored by a federally recognized Indian tribe ineligible for CERB funding if that tribe is a party to United States of America, et al. v. State of Washington, et al. filed in United States District Court, Western District of Washington in Seattle in 2001 (Culverts).
