     On page 1, line 27 of the amendment, after "infraction" strike "referred to a youth court"

EFFECT: Allows youth court for traffic infractions only if the youth has not had any prior traffic infractions (the bill currently allows youth court for a juvenile who has had a prior traffic infraction referred to a youth court).
