    On page 1, line 33 of the amendment, strike "Synchronization" and insert "Except for projects in cities having a population of less then five thousand persons, synchronization"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement for projects in cities with a population less than 5,000 that the state priority programming process take into account synchronization with other potential transportation projects, including transit and multimodal projects.
