     On page 3, line 14, after "RCW." insert "The law enforcement officer may appeal a local governmental entity's denial of a request for defense or the revocation of the granting of a request for defense under subsection (2) of this section to the superior court."

EFFECT:  Allows a law enforcement officer to appeal the denial of a request for defense or the revocation of the granting of a request for defense to the superior court.
