     On page 82, line 9, increase the state toxics control account--state appropriation by $4,000,000

     Correct the total accordingly

     On page 84, line 9, strike "$3,424,000" and insert "$7,424,000"

EFFECT:  Increases funding from the State Toxics Control Account in the Department of Ecology for clean up of methamphetamine labs.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases Other Funds by $4,000,000.
