     On page 84, line 9, strike "$3,424,000" and insert "$7,424,000"

EFFECT:  Within the Department of Ecology's underlying State Toxics Control Account appropriation, increases the amount earmarked for clean up of methamphetamine labs.  

FISCAL IMPACT:  No increase to appropriations.
