     On page 62, line 16, after "costs.", strike "Such measures may include the imposition of ratable reductions directly related to those services in which other efforts to control costs have been least effective."

EFFECT: Strikes reference to imposition of ratable reductions in the Department of Social and Health Services' report to the legislature related to recommendations for additional or alternative measures to control costs.
