     On page 122, beginning on line 3, strike "three days have been added to the base contract in effect for the 1998-99 school year." and insert "three learning improvement days have been added to the 180 day contract year."

EFFECT: Provides funding for three learning improvement days if the days have been added to the 180 day contract year.  The deleted language required the three days to be added to the number of days in the base contract in effect in the 1998-99 school year.
