     On page 87, beginning on line 8 of the amendment, strike all of subsection 22 of section 302

EFFECT:  Removes provision specifying the Department of Ecology must reimburse local governments for costs associated with updating shoreline master programs consistent with the November 2000 guidelines within appropriated amounts.

FISCAL IMPACT:  None.
