     On page 155, line 30, decrease the general fund state appropriation for fiscal year 2002 by $30,000

     Correct the total accordingly

     On page 157, line 13, strike all of subsection (7)

     Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes funding for studying welfare recipients who attend college full-time as their required TANF work activity. 

FISCAL IMPACT:  Reduces General Fund-State by $30,000.
