Correct the total accordingly
On page 150, line 11, after A(1)@ insert A$924,000 of the general fundBstate appropriation for fiscal year 2002 and $924,000 of the general fundBstate appropriation for fiscal year 2003 are provided solely for competitively offered recruitment and retention salary adjustments for instructional and research faculty, exempt professional staff, academic administrators, academic librarians, counselors, teaching and research assistants, as classified by the office of financial management, and all other nonclassified staff, but not including employees under RCW 28B.16.015. Tuition revenues may be expended in addition to those required by this section to further provide recruitment and retention salary adjustments. The college shall provide a report in their 2003-05 biennial operating budget request submittal on the effective expenditure of funds for the purposes of this section.
