     On page 5, after line 22, insert the following:

ANEW SECTION. Sec. 6.  The department of licensing shall convene a stakeholder group to examine the issue of licensing international matchmaking organizations doing business in Washington, and shall report back to the appropriate committees of the legislature by January 20, 2003.@

Renumber remaining sections consecutively.

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Licensing and stakeholders to study the issue of licensing international matchmaking organizations doing business in Washington, and to report back to the Legislature.
