     On page 2, line 11, after Arequest.@ insert ANotice shall be given in writing by separate letter to a recruit.  The form of notice shall be developed in cooperation with the department of licensing.@

EFFECT: Notice regarding the availability of background check and marital history information required to be provided to recruits by international matchmaking organizations must be provided by separate letter, and must be developed in cooperation with the department of licensing.
