     On page 2, line 11, after Arequest.@ insert AThe notice that background check and marital history information is available upon request shall be in the recruit=s native language and shall be displayed in a manner that separates it from other information, is highly noticeable, and in lettering not less than one-quarter of an inch high.@

EFFECT: Adds specific requirements for the form of the notice required to be provided to a foreign prospective spouse by an International Matchmaking Organization.
