     On page 3, line 10, strike Ainto the general fund@ and insert Ain equal proportions into county criminal justice assistance account under  RCW 82.14.310 and the municipal criminal justice assistance account under RCW 82.14.320, for the purpose of public safety"

EFFECT: Deposits excess revenues into the county and municipal criminal justice assistance accounts for the purpose of public safety instead of into the state general fund.  Moneys are deposited to the accounts in equal proportions.
