     On page 7, after line 38 of the amendment, insert the following:

     "(8)  Bonds issued under this section may not be purchased by a person, partnership, corporation, or other entity, including a subsidiary of such entity, that engages in whole or part in the manufacture of tobacco products."

EFFECT:  Prohibits the purchase of bonds by a manufacturer of tobacco products.
