    On page 2, on line 35, after "results" insert the following:

    "; and (d) whether there are other environmental, workplace, or other conditions which could result in a false positive or otherwise adversely affect the results and accuracy of the drug or alcohol test."

EFFECT: Adds an additional criterion for consideration by the Department of Licensing prior to suspending a commercial driver's license: whether something in the driver's life or occupation could affect the test results and result in a false positive for drugs or alcohol.
