    On page 69, line 16, after "EMPLOYEES." insert "(1)"

    On page 69, after line 24, insert the following:

    "(2) Any employee who receives any increased compensation under a collective bargaining agreement negotiated pursuant to this act who moves outside the state within five years of the calendar year in which the benefit is received shall immediately pay to the department of revenue the amount of the increased compensation received under the collective bargaining agreement."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires repayment of any increased compensation received as a result of a collective bargaining agreement if the employee moves outside the state within 5 years of receiving the benefit.
