    On page 2, line 3 of the amendment, after "line worker;" insert "one member shall be a specialty electrician certified in the HVAC/refrigeration limited energy technician specialty; one member shall be an industrial electrician; one member shall be an employee or representative of a firm engaged in the business of appliance repair;"

    On page 3, line 1, after "appoint the" strike "member" and insert "members"

    On page 3, line 2 of the amendment, after "workers" insert", limited energy specialty electricians, industrial electricians, and appliance repair firms"
