    On page 1, beginning on line 15, after "employment" strike all material through "transcripts," on line 16 and insert "and financial aid,"

    On page 1, line 17, after "law." insert "The institutions are required to include disclaimer information on every form that asks for a social security number.  At the bottom of each form will be language stating that students, faculty, or staff filling out the form are not obligated to supply a social security number except when applying for financial aid or employment."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
