    On page 1, line 12, after "section." insert "However, no public funds or customer payments may be expended for fund-raising activities, nor may any district employee engage in any fund-raising activities during any time for which the employee is being paid by the district."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides that districts may engage in fund-raising activities, but only if those activities do not involve the expenditure of public money or employees providing services using public time.
