    On page 1, line 18, after "review" strike all material through "resolution;" on page 2, line 4, and insert "(a) the legality of allowing any providers licensed under Title 18 RCW to collectively negotiate with health carriers licensed under chapter 43.72 RCW regarding the price of their services; (b) the impact of state and federal reimbursement rates for government sponsored or subsidized health care coverage on reimbursement rates in the state of Washington;"

EFFECT: This amends the bill so that it more clearly states that the committee should study the legality of provider collective bargaining and the impact of government programs reimbursements to providers.
