    On page 3, line 37, after "increase" insert the following:

"In actions involving fuel, reasonable expenses shall also include increases in price commensurate with supply disruptions or reductions experienced by the retailer when such increases in retail price are designed to reduce demand by consumers."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides that a fuel retailer may increase prices in order to reduce demand on fuel when the retailer's supply of fuel is disrupted or reduced.
