    On page 2, after line 3, insert the following:

    "(4) Nothing in this section makes unlawful any act of any person teaching in a public or private school if the person is performing his or her official duties."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Exempts anyone teaching in a public or private school.
