    On page 2, line 2, after "officer" insert "or any member of the Washington national guard"

    On page 2, line 12, after "9A.76.020(2)" strike all material through "38.04.010" on line 13.

    On page 2, after line 13, insert the following:

    "(c) "Member of the Washington national guard" means any member of the national guard as defined in RCW 38.04.010."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
