    On page 8, on line 15, after "one" strike the remainder of the sentence and insert the following:

"((twenty-fifth of the average quarterly wages of the individual's total wages during the two quarters of)) percent of the total wages paid in the individual's base year ((in which such total wages were highest))."

EFFECT:  Uses wages in the four quarters of the base period, instead of the average wages in the two quarters in the base period in which wages were highest, to calculate weekly benefit amounts.
